Our workshop is located at 298/2 in the GIDC Makarpura area. If you’ve ever been to this industrial estate, you know it’s a huge place with a lot of different businesses. We fit right in with the technical side of things. We’ve been working out of this unit for a while, and it’s become like a second home for most of us. We spend the day looking at circuits or mechanical parts, depending on what the day’s work brings in. It’s a lot of focused work, often sitting at benches with magnifying glasses or soldering irons. The floor is concrete and has a few cracks from where we dropped heavy equipment years ago, but it doesn't bother anyone. We keep a steady pace, not rushing but not idling either. The morning starts with opening up the heavy rolling shutters and letting the air circulate. Makarpura can get very humid, so we try to get the most difficult tasks done before the afternoon heat sets in. There is a small canteen nearby that we go to for snacks, and it’s a good spot to catch up with people from the other units. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone like that. It’s just us doing the tech work we know how to do. It’s simple, it’s practical, and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday without any unnecessary drama. We just show up and do what needs doing every day.
