You can find us in Pune at Alfa 2 in the Windsor Estate. We are pretty close to Bishop’s School, so the area gets quite busy when school lets out and the kids are everywhere. Our office deals with travel, both for people going on holiday and for those traveling for their jobs. It’s a bit of a mix. One minute we are looking at flight prices for a family and the next we are trying to sort out a hotel for a businessman. It’s a lot of staring at screens and checking schedules. We’ve been in Wadgaon Sheri for a while and we like the location. It's a bit out of the main city center but it's a good spot. We have a small team here. We aren't some giant call center. When you call us, you usually talk to the same two or three people every time. We try to find the best routes and prices without making things too complicated. Sometimes the systems go down or the flights are full, and that’s when it gets stressful. But mostly, it’s just steady work. We handle the bookings, the insurance, and all those small details that people often forget about. We don't have any big slogans. We just sit at our desks and try to make sure people get to where they need to go without any extra trouble or unnecessary delays for them.
