Our travel office, Nilay Tours And Travels, is situated right near Shastri Bridge on Chani Road. We are very close to the Pandya Hotel, which is a big landmark around here, so most people don't have any trouble finding us. The office is in a very busy spot in Vadodara. There is always the sound of traffic and people moving about. We handle all sorts of travel requests, like booking vehicles for weddings or just helping someone get to the airport. It’s a modest setup with a few chairs for customers and a desk where we keep all our logs. We’ve been operating from Chani Road for a long time, and we’ve seen the area change quite a bit. Despite the changes, we just keep doing what we do. We don't have a big fancy website or anything like that. People usually just call us or walk in because they’ve used us before. We spend a lot of time coordinating with our drivers to make sure they are on time. It can be a bit stressful when the roads are blocked, but that’s just part of the job. We like the personal touch of meeting our customers face-to-face. Usually, there’s a pot of tea on the go, and we’re happy to chat about travel plans for as long as it takes to get things right. It’s not about being the biggest agency, just about getting people where they want to go.
