Our office is in the Kankavati Atrium, specifically at LGF 10 on the Gorwa-Undera Road. Being on the lower ground floor means we are a bit hidden away, but it is nice and cool even when it’s boiling outside. We are right across from the IPLC Sports Group. We do engineering and contracting work, so we are often coming and going from different construction sites. Our office is usually a mess of site boots, measuring tapes, and stacks of invoices. It’s a practical space, not a showpiece. We have been working in and around Gorwa for years and have seen the neighborhood grow a lot. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have seen what we’ve built before. We don’t bother with big ads or anything like that. We just show up, do the contracting work, and try to stay on schedule, even when the weather or supplies make it difficult. Sometimes we’re stuck in the office doing paperwork all day, which none of us really enjoys, but it’s part of the deal. We are just a local team that knows how to handle the tools and the blueprints. It is not always easy, and we definitely have our share of long, stressful days, but we’ve built a good life here. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
