New Gujarat Vrl Vijayanand Travels is located at number 9 on Polytechnic Road, which connects over to Chani Road here in Vadodara. We are right near the Gurukrupa Hotel and situated under the Pandya Bridge. Having a bridge right over you is a bit strange, but it makes us very easy to find. The Polytechnic Road area is usually full of students and people heading toward the industrial parts of the city. Our office isn't very large, just enough room for the desks and a couple of people to stand and wait. We handle a lot of the VRL and Vijayanand travel routes, so things get pretty hectic when those big buses are due to arrive or depart. We have a lot of paperwork to keep track of, and the phone never really stops ringing during the day. It is a bit of a rough-and-ready place, not a fancy travel lounge. We have got some old posters on the wall and the floor is usually a bit dirty from all the foot traffic coming in from the street. We just do our best to keep things organized. It is a family-style environment where we all know each other's business. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny office; we just want to make sure the tickets are issued correctly and the buses leave on time. That is the main thing we care about every day at the shop.
