Neptune Communication

Neptune Communication is our little office at Ff-9 on R C Dutt Road. It’s not a huge space, just enough for us to handle the communication stuff we do every day. R C Dutt Road is always bustling, so there’s a lot of energy just outside the window. We spend a lot of time talking to people on the phone or fixing small issues that pop up with their service. The office has a few chairs for visitors, but it's mostly filled with our equipment and some old files we haven't thrown out yet. It feels like a second home to us. We’ve got a small kettle in the corner for tea, which helps get us through the long afternoons when it's hot. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who know how to handle the technical side of things. People usually stop by when they have a problem with their connection or need a new setup for their home. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just communication services. We try to be as clear as possible with everyone who walks in. Sometimes the internet goes slow or a line gets cut somewhere, and we’re the ones who have to figure it out. It’s a simple life, but it keeps us busy from morning until night. Being on R C Dutt Road means we’re easy to find if you’re in the neighborhood and need help with your devices.
