We are located in the Bazaar area of Panvad in Vadodara, Gujarat. If you’ve ever been to a bazaar in this part of India, you know it is always loud and full of life. There are people selling things, cows wandering around, and motorbikes honking constantly. Our office is right in the middle of all that chaos. It’s an interesting contrast because inside, it is actually quite focused and quiet. We spend our time working on technical projects that need a lot of attention to detail. You can hear the sounds of the market through the windows, but we’ve become quite good at tuning it out. We don’t have a fancy entrance or a lobby with a receptionist. You just walk in and you’ll see us at our desks. The office has a very local feel to it, and we speak a mix of Gujarati and English while we work. Lunch is usually a big deal here, with everyone sharing their dabbas and talking about what’s happening in the neighborhood. We aren't a corporate giant with thousands of rules. We just have a job to do and we do it the best we can with what we have. It’s a very grounded way of working, and being in the heart of the bazaar keeps us connected to the real world. We aren't tucked away in some sterile office park; we are right where the action is.
