Neeta Volvo (Head Office)

This is our head office, located at Office No B/8 on Pandya College Road. We are right under the Sashtri Bridge on Chani Road here in Vadodara. Being under a bridge means it can get a bit loud with the traffic overhead, but it’s a central spot that everyone knows. Since this is the head office, we handle a lot of the administrative side of the bus operations. There are always people coming in with questions about routes or picking up parcels that have been sent across the state. Our desks are usually covered in papers, and the phones ring quite a bit throughout the day. We don’t have any fancy corporate decor, just the maps and schedules we need to do our jobs. The office has a very functional feel to it. We’ve been in this spot for quite a while, and the staff knows the routine inside out. It’s not a place for lounging; it’s a place where work gets done. We handle the logistics and make sure everything is running as it should. People from the nearby college sometimes wander in looking for information, and we do our best to help them out. It’s a busy, sometimes dusty environment, but it’s the heart of our operations. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and keeping the buses moving. It is a lot of coordination and making sure the drivers know their schedules.
