Neelam Chemist is tucked away in Wadi Chokhandi on Wadi Sn Road. If you are looking for us, we are right opposite Mogal Restaurant. It’s an old part of Vadodara, and the streets can be a bit tight, especially when there are many bikes parked outside. We’ve been here in Wadi for quite a long time. The building is older, and the neighborhood has a lot of history to it. We mostly serve the families who have lived around here for generations. You get to know people’s names and their families when you work in a place like this. We handle all the usual pharmacy stuff, sitting behind the glass counter and sorting through prescriptions. It’s not a glamorous job, but it is necessary for the folks around Wadi Sn Road. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit messy, but customers still find their way to us. We don't do much advertising or anything like that. People just know where we are. Opposite Mogal Restaurant is the best landmark to give anyone who is lost. We open the shutters in the morning and stay until the lights in the street go on. It’s a steady routine. We just keep the shop stocked and help the people who walk through the door. It’s a quiet life in a busy neighborhood. We are just a local shop trying to be there for our neighbors when they are unwell.
