We have our office in the Silver Line Complex, specifically in units C/206 and 208, which is right beside the World Trade Centre. Sayaji Ganj is a very lively part of the city, especially with the university nearby and all the hotels and shops around. Our space isn't very large, but we’ve been here for quite some time, so we have everything organized for our daily travel business. We deal with all sorts of travel needs, from simple bus bookings to more complicated tour packages. The office is usually a bit cluttered with papers and travel documents, and there’s almost always a phone ringing in the background. We don't really have a corporate vibe; it’s more of a place where you can sit down and talk through your travel plans with us. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there, just a place that people in the neighborhood can come to. Sometimes the Silver Line Complex gets a bit crowded, and finding a parking spot nearby can be a bit of a challenge, but we like being in the center of things.
