Our office is tucked away in Punit Nagar at Kalapi Avenue, specifically in units 4 and 5. It’s situated behind the Malhar Complex, so it’s a bit quieter than being right on the main Old Padra Road. We like it that way because it gives us some room to breathe while we are sorting out tour itineraries. We’ve been here in Vadodara for a while, and the office has kind of grown with us. There are piles of old maps and travel guides in the corners that we probably should have thrown out years ago, but they feel like part of the place now. It’s a very hands-on environment. We spend our hours checking dates and making sure the hotels we book are actually what they say they are. It’s not always easy, and sometimes there are mistakes with names or dates that we have to scramble to fix. We don't pretend to be a massive international agency. We are just a local team doing our best to get people where they want to go. The neighborhood is nice, and we usually see the same faces walking by every morning. We don't have any big slogans or anything like that. We just open the doors, turn on the lights, and start making calls. It’s a regular job, and we take it one day at a time without making a big fuss about it. It’s mostly just us working through the piles of bookings and hoping for a smooth day.
