We've been at this spot in Odhavpura Gaam for a while now. It's tucked behind the Inox Multiplex on Race Course Road. Most days, it’s just us dealing with computers and whatever tech problems come through the door. Vadodara can get pretty hot in the afternoons, so we usually keep the fans going full blast while we work. People find us because they’re usually already in the area for a movie or shopping. The office isn't anything fancy. It’s got desks, a few chairs for when folks have to wait, and lots of cables everywhere. We mostly focus on getting things fixed or set up right so people can get back to their day. Sometimes the traffic on Race Course Road gets a bit loud, especially during the evening rush, but we’re used to it. We don't really do big advertising or anything. Most of the people who come in are regulars or someone who saw the sign while heading toward the multiplex. It’s a simple setup. We open up in the morning, check the messages, and start on the repairs. There’s always some new gadget or a broken screen to deal with. We try to keep things straightforward. If something can’t be fixed, we just say so. It’s easier that way. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall nearby when things get busy. It keeps us going through the long hours. That’s pretty much how it goes here at N R Infotech.
