Multimedia Mobile Sales & Service

You can find us over at Palace Road Tapkir Nagar 25. The name on the sign says Multimedia Mobile Sales & Service, and that pretty much covers what we do. We have one side of the shop for selling new stuff and the other side for the service bench. It’s not a huge place, so it can get a bit tight when we have more than a few people inside at once. The service bench is always a bit chaotic with screwdrivers, magnifying glasses, and tiny screws scattered around. Palace Road is a busy area, so there is always something happening outside. We don't have a professional cleaning crew or anything. We just do the tidying ourselves before we open up. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’ve been too busy to get around to it. Most of the people who come in are looking for a quick fix for a phone they dropped. We see a lot of cracked screens and water damage. We don't try to use fancy language to explain what’s wrong. We just tell them if it can be fixed or not. Sometimes we stay late to finish a job because we know how much people rely on their phones. It’s just how we operate. Tapkir Nagar is a good neighborhood, and we’ve gotten to know a lot of the regulars over the years. We just keep things simple and honest.
