Mukesh T Swami

My place is located right behind Jubilee Baug in the Nava Bazar area of Asoj. It is a very old part of the city, and the streets are always crowded with people and carts. Mukesh T Swami is not a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a local spot where I handle my daily business. Being in Nava Bazar means there is never a quiet moment. You can hear the sounds of the market all day long. I have been in this location for a long time, and I’ve seen the shops around me change hands many times. My setup is simple. I have a desk, some chairs, and my paperwork. People from the neighborhood often stop by just to say hello or to ask for help with something small. It’s the kind of place where you know your neighbors and the tea seller knows exactly how you like your drink. I don't use any fancy language to talk about what I do. I just show up every morning, open the shutters, and get to work. Sometimes the rain floods the street a little or the heat makes it hard to stay inside, but that is just how life is here. I don't have a big mission or a glossy brochure. I just do a fair day's work and stay part of the community here in Asoj.
