Our spot is at E-76 in Desai Nagar, which is over in the Tarsali part of Vadodara. It’s a solid location in Gujarat, and we’ve been here for a while. The office is a simple place where we manage various engineering and construction tasks. Vadodara is a city that’s always building something new, and we’re often right in the middle of that. The zip code is 390009. We don't have fancy leather chairs or a big sign in the lobby. It’s more about rows of desks and people talking on phones or looking over technical drawings. Desai Nagar is a decent neighborhood, and we’ve gotten to know the people around here. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but we just deal with it and keep going. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big corporate talk or mission statements. We just like to focus on the projects and make sure everything is built right. It can be a lot of stress when deadlines are coming up, but that’s the way it goes in this line of work. Most of the staff has been with us for a long time, so we’re more like a small community than just a group of employees. We come in, do what needs to be done, and try to make sure we're doing a decent job for the people who hire us. It's just a regular life in Vadodara for us. No polished speeches, just everyday effort.
