Modi Enterprises

We are situated at Plot No-C 10 in the Saibaba Society. Our place is right on the Harniwarasia Ring Road, so we get a lot of the traffic noise throughout the day. Navneet Park is just a little way down, which is nice because it gives us a bit of green to look at when we step outside for a break. Modi Enterprises is basically a small operation where we handle various business tasks. We have been in this building for some time, and it has become like a second home to us. The ring road is always busy with trucks and cars, which makes it easy for people to find us, but it also means it is never really quiet. We have a modest setup with a few desks and some storage space for our files and equipment. It is not the kind of place with glass walls or expensive furniture. We prefer it this way. It feels more real. My cousin helps me with the accounts, and we have one person who handles the deliveries. We spend a lot of time just managing the daily flow of work. Sometimes customers drop in unexpectedly because they were just passing by on the ring road. We always have a chair for them and maybe a cup of tea if the stove is on. It is a straightforward way of living and working in this part of the city.
