Mobile Kingdom

Mobile Kingdom is situated at Sayajigun Crossway Mall Ram Chowk 10. Being in the mall means we see a lot of different people every day. It’s a bit more modern than the street shops, but it’s still just a small family-run business at heart. We have the glass cases lined up with all the latest models and some older ones too. Ram Chowk is always busy, so the mall gets a lot of foot traffic. I spend a lot of time cleaning fingerprints off the glass because everyone wants to touch the new phones. It’s a bit of a struggle to keep everything looking neat when it’s busy. We carry a lot of power banks and Bluetooth speakers too. Sometimes the mall music gets a bit loud, but it keeps the energy up. I have a few helpers who know a lot about the different specs of the phones. We aren't a giant chain, just this one spot here. We try to help people figure out which phone fits their budget without being pushy. Sometimes we run out of the popular colors and have to tell people to come back next week. It is a fast-paced environment compared to a standalone shop. You can find us easily near the main entrance area. We stay open as long as the mall is open, which makes for some long nights. It is tiring but we like being where all the action is.
