Minds Job

We are located in Mangal Darshan Society, right near the Chanakyapuri Char Rasta on New Sama Road. If you know the area, it’s pretty easy to find us. We started Minds Job because we saw so many people looking for work and not knowing where to start. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a room with some chairs and a couple of laptops. We spend most of our morning looking through resumes and calling up companies to see who is hiring. Sometimes people just walk in off the street asking if we have any openings for them. We try to talk to everyone, though it gets crowded sometimes in the small space. It’s hard out there finding a good job, so we do what we can to match folks with what’s available in Vadodara or nearby. We don't promise anything crazy. We just look at what you can do and see if a local business needs those skills. Some days it works out great and someone gets a start date, other days it's just a lot of waiting around for callbacks. The tea stall nearby is where we usually take our breaks. We've been in this neighborhood for a bit now and people know us as the place to go when they need a lead on a new role. It’s just me and a couple of others working here, trying to keep things moving day by day.
