Mien Pharma Private Limited is based at No. 203 in the Gajanan Complex. We are on Old Padra Road, right opposite the Tube Company. It’s a pretty busy stretch of road here in Vadodara. Our office is on the second floor. It’s a straightforward setup with enough space for our files and the small amount of stock we keep on hand. Most of our work involves the pharmaceutical business, so we spend a lot of time dealing with distributors and pharmacies. The Tube Company across the road is a big landmark that everyone knows, so it makes giving directions easy. We’ve seen Old Padra Road change quite a bit over the years with more shops and traffic. In our office, things are usually a bit cluttered with papers and samples. We aren't too worried about having a perfect looking space. It’s more about making sure the orders are processed and the numbers add up. We have a small team, and we all know what needs to be done. Sometimes we stay late to finish up a big batch of paperwork. It’s not always exciting, but it’s steady work and it keeps us busy. We don't use any fancy corporate talk. We just do our jobs and try to stay organized. Being in Gajanan Complex feels like home now, and we know the other people working in the building pretty well. There is always a bit of noise from the street, but you stop noticing it after a while.
