We are located at 30/A Ramdevnagar in the Gotri area of Vadodara. It’s a busy spot, especially in the evenings when everyone is out and about. Running a place like this under the Hardcastle name means there is never a dull moment. We are constantly moving, from the kitchen to the front counter. Most of us who work here live nearby, so we see our friends and family coming in all the time. The building is a regular part of the neighborhood now. We spend most of our shifts making sure the orders are right and the floor is clean, which is a big job when it gets crowded. It is loud, fast-paced, and sometimes a bit chaotic, but we are used to it by now. We don't spend time writing up fancy descriptions.
