We aren't corporate types who wear suits every day. We’re usually in work clothes because things can get a bit messy. We focus on the tasks at hand. People in the area know us, and we get most of our work through those local connections. We don't bother with fancy presentations. If someone needs something done, we talk it over and get to work. Makar Pura can be hot during the summer, but we keep the fans going and get through the day. We have a small team here, and everyone knows what they need to do.
