Our shop is located at 394 in the GIDC area of Makarpura. Vadodara is a busy place, and this industrial estate is where a lot of the real work happens. Matrix Comsec Pvt Ltd has been based here for a while. It’s an industrial setting, so don't expect any gardens or fountains. It’s mostly concrete and metal around here. We have a decent amount of space for what we do. The morning starts early because the heat gets to be a lot in the afternoon. We usually have the fans going all day. The team is a mix of people who have been here forever and a few newer faces. We don't bother with much formality. If something needs to be moved or fixed, we just do it. The street outside can get pretty cramped with delivery vans blocking the way. It’s a working man’s neighborhood. Inside, we keep things as tidy as we can, though there’s always a box or two that hasn't been put away yet. We just handle the day-to-day business without making a big fuss. It’s a straightforward life at the GIDC. We know our neighbors and they know us. We just stick to our routine and make sure the work is finished by the time we lock up. It’s just how we operate.
