Mansi

Our shop, Mansi, is located at G 16 in the Makarpura area. It is a small corner of the world, but it keeps us busy. We have been here for a good amount of time, mostly dealing with mobile phones and all the little things that go with them. It is just a basic setup. We have a workbench in the back where all the actual repair work happens. It's usually covered in screwdrivers, magnifying glasses, and bits of wire. The front of the shop has a few shelves with basic accessories like headphones and power banks. We don't have a lot of space, so we have to be picky about what we stock. Most of our day is spent answering questions about why a phone is slow or how to use a certain app. We don't mind, it's part of the job. Sometimes it gets quite hot in here during the afternoons, but we have a small cooler that helps a bit. We are not some big company with a corporate office and fancy meetings. It is just us here every day from morning until late evening. We know the people who pass by and they know us by name. It is a quiet kind of business, and that suits us just fine. We just take things one day at a time and try to keep our customers happy with the repairs. The signage is fading a bit, but everyone in Makarpura knows where we are.
