Surni Labs

We've been at unit 470 in Manjusar for a while now. It's a busy part of the GIDC. Usually, the mornings start early here because the industrial area gets crowded fast. Most of us just focus on the work on the benches. It’s not a fancy office, just a practical space where things get done. Some days are loud because of the neighbors, but that's how it is in Savli. We handle the technical side of things here at Surni Labs. There's always something to fix or test. We aren't big on talks or long meetings. We just show up and do what’s needed for the day. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall down the road. It helps when the workload piles up. The team is small, mostly local people who know the area well. We like being in this part of GIDC because everything we need is close by. Getting parts or getting stuff shipped out isn't too hard from here. It's a straightforward place. No one wears suits. We just wear what's comfortable for working in the lab. The ceiling fan makes a bit of a clicking sound when it’s on high, but we’ve gotten used to it. Sometimes the rain gets heavy in Savli and the road outside gets a bit muddy. We don't mind it much. It’s just part of being out here. We’ve been in this same spot since we started and haven't felt the need to leave.
