Prakar Technologies

Out in the Gidc Estate, specifically in Alindra, you’ll find Prakar Technologies. We occupy Plot No. 51/A. It’s a quiet corner compared to some of the bigger industrial hubs, but we stay plenty busy with our daily tasks. Being in the Gidc Estate means we are surrounded by other businesses all doing their own thing. At Plot No. 51/A, our focus is on the technology side of things. It’s not all just sitting at computers, though. There is a lot of hands-on work that goes into what we do every day. The office has that lived-in feel, with stacks of components and half-finished projects on some of the benches. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or a fancy lobby. Usually, you just walk in and find someone working on a circuit or a piece of software. The team is small, so everyone knows everyone else’s business, which makes for a casual atmosphere. We talk about the local news over lunch and try to keep things simple. We don’t have a big mission statement on the wall; we just know what needs to be finished by the end of the week. Alindra is a decent place to work, and we’ve made a home for ourselves here at Plot No. 51/A over the years. It’s just us doing what we know how to do without any unnecessary fuss or complicated rules.
