Medicap Inc.

Medicap Inc. is located at E-73 in the GIDC Estate in the village of Manjusar. This is out in the Savli area, quite a bit away from the main city center. It’s a large estate with a lot of different factories, and we are one of the ones focusing on pharmaceuticals. Our building is a typical GIDC structure, designed for production rather than looking pretty. We spend most of our hours on the production floor or in the warehouse area. The office is just a small, functional space where we keep our records and handle the morning calls. It’s a bit of a journey for some of us to get out here to Manjusar every day, but it’s where the work is. We don’t have any glossy signs or fancy receptionists. We just have a dedicated group of people who know how the machinery works. We eat our lunch together and talk about mundane things like the weather or the local cricket scores. The environment is honest and straightforward. We don’t bother with marketing or trying to sound bigger than we are. We just focus on making sure the pharmaceutical products are handled correctly and that the shipments go out on the right trucks. It’s a lot of routine work, but we take it as it comes.
