Manish Bhavsar here. I've been at the Subhanpura Vadodara Char Rasta 6 spot for a long time now. People usually know where to find me because of the landmark. It's just a regular place, nothing fancy. I spend most of my day sitting here, talking to folks who walk in. Sometimes it's busy, other times I'm just watching the traffic go by at the crossroads. Running a business alone means you do everything yourself. I handle the paperwork, the cleaning, and talking to suppliers. It gets tiring but that's just how it is. My family helps out when they can. We don't have a big team or anything like that. If you come by, you'll probably see me or maybe my brother sitting behind the desk. We keep things simple. No big signs or flashing lights. Just a small shop in a busy part of town. The weather gets hot in the afternoons, so the fan is always on. I try to keep the place organized, but stuff piles up on the shelves sometimes. It’s a local spot. Most of our neighbors know us by name. We've seen the area change quite a bit over the years. Buildings going up, more cars on the road. But we are still right here at number 6. It's a steady life. Nothing too exciting happens, but we like the routine of it. I usually open up around ten in the morning after I've had my tea. The shutters are a bit heavy and they squeak, but they do the job.
