Our place is out in the GIDC area in Waghodia, at unit 188. Being in an industrial zone means there is always noise and trucks moving around. We’ve been operating here for a while now. It’s mostly metal and machines in here. The floor is concrete and it gets pretty hot in the summer months, but we’re used to it. We do a lot of heavy work. Most days start early, before the sun is even fully up, so we can get a head start on the day's tasks. We don’t have a fancy reception area. If you come to visit, you’ll probably find us on the shop floor with grease on our hands. It’s a straightforward operation. We make things, we pack them, and we send them out. There’s not much more to it than that. Sometimes a machine breaks down and the whole day gets pushed back, but that’s just life in a factory. We have a small crew and most of them have been with us for a long time. We know each other’s families and we have tea together during the breaks. It’s a tough job sometimes, but it’s honest work. The address is easy to find if you know the GIDC layout. We don’t do much advertising. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they need something specific we handle. We don't really bother with social media or anything because the work keeps us plenty busy as it is.
