We operate out of Plot No. 747-3 in the GIDC Industrial Estate. If you know the estate, you know it is a lot of noise and metal. We fit right in. We do engineering work, mostly parts and repairs for other businesses around here. Our shop floor is usually covered in a bit of oil and metal shavings, which is how a real workshop should look. We have got some old machines that still run great and some newer ones we are still getting used to. It is not a corporate headquarters; it is a place where we get our hands dirty. Sometimes the power goes out or a delivery is late, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. We do not have a big marketing team or anyone to answer the phones with a script. Usually, whoever is closest to the desk picks up. We have been in this specific plot for a few years now. The neighbors are mostly other small shops like ours, so we help each other out with tools or advice when things get tricky. We like it this way. It is straightforward work. You bring us a problem or a blueprint, and we see if we can make it happen. We do not make promises we cannot keep. It is just simple engineering and honest hours. That is the way we have always done it.
