K K Engineeing

K K Engineeing has been sitting here at Plot No. 910-4-b2 inside the GIDC Ind. Estate for a good while. We’re not the biggest shop on the block, but we have enough room for our tools and a couple of old machines that still run better than the new ones. Most of our day is spent dealing with parts that need fixing or making something from scratch because a neighbor’s machine broke down. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings and oil, no matter how much we try to sweep it up. It’s just the nature of the job. We don’t have a big front office with air conditioning. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in greasy overalls near the back. We do engineering work for anyone who walks in with a problem. Sometimes it’s a small piece for a pump, other times it’s something bigger. We don’t really do fancy meetings. We just talk about the job, figure out the measurements, and get started. The electricity goes out sometimes, and we just sit outside and wait for it to come back. It’s a simple life here at 910-4-b2. We know the other guys in the estate and we help each other out when someone needs a tool we have. That’s just how things work in this part of town. We keep things going and don't make a fuss about it. The work gets done.
