Bharti Soft Tech Pvt. Ltd. is tucked away on Bob Lane at Plot No. 261. Being in the Gidc Ind. Estate, we are surrounded by a lot of manufacturing, which makes our software work feel a bit different from the usual tech office. We spend most of our time staring at screens and typing out code. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks, computers, and a lot of tangled cables under the floorboards. We mostly work on technical stuff that helps businesses run their systems. It’s quiet inside compared to the factories outside, though you can still hear the distant hum of machinery. Sometimes we have to stay late when a project is acting up or a server goes down unexpectedly. We drink a lot of tea and try to figure out why things aren't working the way they should. It’s a lot of trial and error. We don't have a receptionist or a big sign out front. Most folks who come here are looking for a specific solution for their computers or their data. We’ve been in this spot on Bob Lane for a while and have gotten used to the rhythm of the estate. It’s not a flashy job, but it keeps us busy. We just focus on getting the software to do what it’s supposed to do for the people who use it. Every day is pretty much the same routine of logging in and solving problems. It’s just how things are for us here at the office.
