We operate out of Plot No. 458-B in the Gidc Estate. It’s a simple building that we use for our daily operations and storage. We handle a variety of things here mostly whatever the current market seems to need from us. It’s not a specialized setup where we only do one single thing forever. We’ve had to adapt our work over time. The space is divided between storage and a small working area in the back. It’s often a bit cluttered because we’re always moving stock in and out of the doors. The trucks arrive early in the morning and that’s when the day really starts for us. Gidc is always humming with activity so you never feel alone out here in the heat. We don't have a fancy showroom for people to browse. If you want to see what we have you just come to the warehouse and look. We try to be fair with everyone we deal with. It’s a small operation so we don’t have layers of management. You usually end up talking to the person who’s actually doing the physical work. We try to answer the phone when it rings but sometimes we're in the back and don't hear it right away. It's just how things go when you're busy with the stock. We don't have a receptionist at the front.
