Amishi Pharma Plastic Engineers

Amishi Pharma Plastic Engineers operates out of Plot No. 432 in the Gidc Ind. Estate. We mostly focus on plastic components for the pharma industry. It’s a lot of technical work, but we keep the atmosphere here pretty relaxed. The machines run most of the day, making a steady humming sound. We aren't a big, polished company with a lobby and a receptionist. Usually, if you walk in, you’ll just see someone at a desk or working near the molding machines. We have piles of plastic granules and crates of finished parts around. The Gidc estate can be a bit chaotic with all the trucks, but we’ve been here long enough to not mind it. Our workers are mostly local people who have been with us for a long time. We don't write big mission statements or anything like that. We just focus on getting the plastic parts right so they fit what they’re supposed to. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a batch, and other times it’s quiet. We don't really have a marketing department; we just answer the phone when it rings. It’s an engineering shop at its core. We keep the floor as clean as we can, but it’s an industrial space, so there’s always something to sweep up. It’s just how we run things here.
