Macwan Amit J

I've been working out of this spot at Channi Naka for quite a while now. The address is 10th Main Street, A Block, 2nd Stage, A 5. It’s a bit of a mouthful to tell the delivery drivers, but they usually find it eventually. It’s a small operation here under the name Macwan Amit J. It isn't a massive company with hundreds of employees. It is more of a personal space where I get things done. The room is filled with books and various files that have piled up over the months. I have a view of the street from my window, which is nice for people-watching when I need a break from the screen. The neighborhood is fairly active, so there is always some noise coming from the shops downstairs. I usually start my day early before the traffic really picks up. The furniture is a mix of things I've picked up over the years, nothing matches but it all works. I don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. People mostly find out about me through word of mouth or if they happen to live nearby. It’s a simple life. I make my own tea and handle all the paperwork myself. Sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming, but I prefer it this way. It's my own space and I can run things how I want without having to ask anyone else.
