M K Mobile & Electronics is situated on Palace Road, right across from the Jain Mandir and very close to the Banarasi Hotel. We are a small, family-run kind of place that deals with all sorts of gadgets and mobile phones. Our shop is usually filled with the sound of local radio and the hum of electronics being tested. We fix broken phones, sell batteries, and have a good variety of small home appliances and parts. Being near the Jain Mandir means it’s a respectful and busy neighborhood, and we get a lot of foot traffic from people visiting the area. The shop is packed from floor to ceiling with boxes, so it might look a little messy, but we know exactly where everything is. We don't try to look like those big electronics showrooms you see in the city center. This is a practical space where we do real work. If your charger stops working or you need a new remote for your TV, we probably have something that will fit. We talk to our customers like neighbors because that is what they are. We don't have a mission statement or a fancy philosophy. We just want to fix what’s broken and sell things that actually work. It’s a simple life on Palace Road, and we’re happy to be a part of it. Sometimes we have to hunt through the back room to find an old component, but we usually get there in the end. It's just us. Palace Road can be quite a handful with all the people, but we like being right in the middle of everything.
