Lucky Info Service is based out of Shrinagar Society, specifically at No B-8. We are tucked away right behind the PVR Talkies on Chhani Road. It’s a good spot because everyone knows the cinema hall, so finding us isn't too hard. We spend our days dealing with computers and data stuff. Whether it's a slow laptop or someone needs help with their internet connection, we usually have an answer. It started as a side thing but grew into a full-time job because everyone has tech problems these days. The office is usually cluttered with cables and screens, but we know where everything is. We handle registrations, form filling, and some hardware repairs too. It’s a mix of everything really. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. People just walk in, sit down on the plastic chairs, and tell us what’s wrong with their device. Chhani Road can get pretty loud with the traffic, but inside the society, it stays quiet enough to focus. We’ve seen all kinds of computer issues since we opened. Sometimes the fix is easy, and sometimes we have to spend hours searching for a solution. We just take it as it comes. It's nice being near the theater because we can grab a snack nearby when things get slow. We’ve lived around here for a long time, so we know most of the people who come in. It’s just what we do.
