We’ve been based here for some time now, and the office is pretty much what you’d expect for a local business. It’s a functional space with desks, some filing cabinets, and a lot of cables everywhere. We don’t go in for fancy decor or expensive art on the walls. Most of the decor is just calendars and sticky notes with reminders on them. Kareily Baug is a busy neighborhood, so there’s always something happening outside our windows. We have a small group of employees who are dedicated to what they do. We don't really have a big corporate hierarchy. If something needs to be done, someone just grabs it and does it. It’s a very practical way of working. Sometimes the power goes out or the water cooler needs fixing, and we just deal with it like anyone else. We aren't trying to be the next big tech giant; we just want to provide decent services and make a living. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes the hours are long, but we’re proud of the fact that we’re a local business standing on our own feet here in Vadodara. It is just the way we like to operate.
