We are over at B-72 in Jai Vaikunthdham Soc, which is part of Township 1 in Manjalpur. It’s a residential-feeling area, which we actually prefer for Logified Solutions Private Limited. It doesn't feel like a cold business park. We have our desks set up and we spend a lot of time looking at code and data. It’s a quiet street for the most part, though you get the usual neighborhood sounds during the day. We aren't a giant corporation with hundreds of employees. It's a small group of us who actually care about what we’re building. Sometimes we work late when a project is due, but we try to keep a balance. The office is basically just a spot for us to gather and talk about the work. We don't have any fancy mission statements or things like that. We just show up and do the work that needs doing. Manjalpur is a good place to be based. It’s easy for us to get to and it feels grounded. We don't spend money on flashy signs or expensive furniture. We'd rather just have good computers and a reliable internet connection. Most days are pretty routine. We drink a lot of coffee, talk through some problems, and try to make things work better than they did yesterday. It’s a simple life for us here in the society. We appreciate being in a place where people actually live.
