Started out in the ground floor of Siddhartha Complex on R C Dutt Road quite a while ago. It is usually busy here in Alkapuri, and we spend most of our mornings just going through emails and checking on bookings for people. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing, and other times it is quiet enough to hear the traffic outside. We handle travel stuff mostly, getting things sorted for whoever walks in. It isn't a fancy setup, just some desks and computers where we work. We have been in Vadodara for a bit now, so we know the local routes and how the trains and flights usually run around here. Most of our day is spent looking at schedules or trying to fix issues when a flight gets delayed or someone needs a ticket changed at the last minute. It gets a bit chaotic when holiday seasons come around, but that is just how it is. We try to keep things simple for the folks who come to us. If you are walking down R C Dutt Road, you might see us. We are right there on the ground floor. We drink a lot of chai while looking at maps and hotel prices. It is just regular work for us, making sure someone gets to where they need to go without too much of a headache. Sometimes we make mistakes with the spelling on a form, but we catch it before it matters.
