Lecturer

Nizampura is a quiet residential area in Vadodara, and that’s where you’ll find me at 30, Matruchhaya Society. It’s a typical society house where I’ve set up a space to handle my work as a lecturer. The neighborhood is mostly families, so it stays pretty calm during the day. I’ve been living and working here for years now. My workspace is just a room filled with books, old exam papers, and a laptop. It’s not a big institution or a commercial building, just a personal space in a local society. I spend a lot of my time preparing notes or checking through student work. The gate of Matruchhaya is usually open, and the neighbors are used to seeing people come and go. It’s a very simple way of doing things. I don't have a website or a marketing person; people usually just know me from my time in education. Vadodara is a good city for this kind of life because everything is close by. Sometimes I sit out on the porch when the weather is nice, though it’s mostly too hot for that in the summer. The house has been in the family for a while, and it serves its purpose well. There’s no corporate structure here, just a person doing their job in a quiet corner of the city. It's honest work and a simple life.
