Leading Edge Technocrat Pvt. Ltd. is based in the Viraj Venu Complex over in Laxmipura. We are pretty close to Gotri Samta Road, which makes it easy for folks to find the office. It’s a bit different from a loud workshop; we spend more time on computers and doing the technical planning. The complex is usually fairly quiet, which helps when you’re trying to focus on complicated engineering problems. We have a small team here in Gotri, and we’ve been working out of this space for a bit now. There are stacks of files and rolls of drawings leaning against the walls. It’s not perfectly organized, but we know where everything is when we need it. Usually, the morning starts with everyone checking their notes and getting the systems running. We talk a lot about specs and technical requirements, which might sound boring to anyone else, but it’s what we do. Sometimes we walk over to the nearby shops to grab a snack or a coffee when the afternoon slump hits. We don't bother with fancy slogans or trying to sound like a giant corporation. We’re just a group of people who enjoy the technical side of engineering and want to get the details right for the jobs we take on. It’s a steady pace of work in a decent part of town, and we plan on staying here for a while.
