Larsen Toubro Ltd

Our office is up on the fifth floor of Yash Complex, specifically unit B 505. If you know Gotri Road, you know the traffic can be a bit of a headache during rush hour, especially near the main junction. We’ve been based here in Vadodara for a good bit now. The building is okay, though the elevator sometimes takes its sweet time getting up to us. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and stacks of paperwork. We’re usually here by nine in the morning. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. There’s a tea stall just outside the complex where most of us head during the afternoon break. It’s become a bit of a ritual for the team. The view from the window isn't much, just more buildings and the road below. We handle the local side of things for Larsen Toubro Ltd from this spot. It’s not a showroom, just a place where the actual work happens behind the scenes. Sometimes the air conditioning acts up, but we just open a window and get on with it. We don't have a fancy reception desk or anything like that. If someone walks in, whoever is closest to the door usually just says hello. It’s a straightforward environment. We focus on the tasks at hand, get through the lists, and try to keep things organized. We don't really use much corporate talk, we just talk to each other normally and get through the day.
