Larsen Toubro Limited is at G 1 in the Sahajanand Flats. This is right on GIDC Road in Manjalpur, Baroda. Since the office is on the ground floor, it is very easy for our workers and vendors to stop by. We have been working out of this location for a good while. The area is quite industrial because of the GIDC road, so there is always a lot of movement outside. We do all our project management and technical specs from this small office. It can get a bit dusty with all the trucks going past, but that’s just part of being in this part of town. We don’t have any fancy receptionists or big waiting areas. If you need someone, you just walk in and ask. Most of the engineering crew is out at the job sites during the day, so it stays fairly quiet in the office in the afternoons. We use this space to keep our logs and site reports in order. It’s important to have everything written down and filed away properly. Manjalpur is a busy hub and we fit right into the local scene. We don’t bother with flashy advertising or anything like that. We just want to make sure the work we do is solid and that we hit our targets. It’s a lot of routine stuff like checking supplies and schedules, but it’s what keeps the business going.
