Larsen & Toubro Limited , E & C Division

We are located in Vadodara, over in the Gorwa area. Our address is 1/19 in Uday Park Society. It’s tucked behind the Panchvati area, so it’s fairly easy to find if you’re familiar with the neighborhood. This is the E & C division office. It’s a residential building that we’ve turned into a workspace. It has a small front porch where we leave our shoes. Inside, it’s a bit of a maze with different rooms for different tasks. The walls are mostly bare except for some technical drawings. We don't have any flashy signs out front, just a small board with the company name. The neighbors are mostly families, so it’s a quiet street during the day. Sometimes the local kids play cricket nearby. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee or heat up our lunch. The internet can be a bit slow some days, but we manage. It’s a very relaxed environment, not corporate at all. We wear regular clothes and just get on with our engineering work. The windows look out onto the street, so we see the daily life of Gorwa passing by. It’s a comfortable enough spot to spend the day. We’ve been here for several years now and have become part of the local scenery. It is a very simple, no-nonsense office where people just focus on their tasks.
