L&T

Our place is over in Vadodara, Gujarat. We are in the 390020 area. It is a pretty standard part of the city, not too loud but not completely silent either. We have been operating from here for a good amount of time now. The office is not anything special to look at. It has four walls, some desks, and a lot of paper piled up. We are not into making things look better than they really are. Most days are spent just going through the usual list of things that need to be finished. The weather in Vadodara can be tough in the summer months, so we have a few old fans that make a lot of noise while they spin. We do not have any mission statements or big posters with slogans on them. We just know what we have to do and we get it done. It is a very straightforward way of working. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon when things slow down a bit. It is just a bunch of us trying to make things work. The neighborhood has changed a bit over the years, but we have stayed right here in the same spot. People in the area know us as the L&T folks, but we are just neighbors to them. We do not act like a big corporation. We are just a local office doing our bit. It is an honest way to spend the day.
