L&T Power Ltd.

We are located up on the 3rd floor of the Corporate Block at the Ajwa-Waghodia Crossing. It’s right there on NH-8, which is always packed with trucks and cars. Working for L&T Power Ltd. here is pretty much what you’d expect from an office near a major highway. It’s a lot of meetings, emails, and looking at power project stats. The building is a bit of a landmark at the crossing, so it’s easy for people to find us. Even though we are part of a bigger name, the day-to-day on the 3rd floor feels pretty grounded. We deal with a lot of paperwork regarding power grids and technical stuff. The view from the windows is mostly the highway and the chaos of the crossing below. It’s a busy atmosphere. We have coffee breaks in the small canteen and talk about the weekend or the traffic on the way in. It’s not all high-level strategy; mostly it’s just making sure things are running correctly and everyone has what they need for their site visits. We get a lot of visitors coming through the corporate block for various things. It’s a professional space, but we try to keep it friendly enough. We don't go in for much flowery talk. We just focus on the power sector and getting our tasks finished by the end of the shift. It’s just a regular office life on NH-8. We keep the place running.
