L&T Ecc Div, Baroda, India

Our branch is located at 203 Regalia Edifice, right here in the middle of Baroda. Being part of the L&T Ecc Div means we are usually tied up with various engineering and construction tasks across Gujarat. It’s a decent enough office building, but inside it’s mostly just us surrounded by stacks of paper and blueprints. We’ve been in the 390002 area for some time, and the team here is pretty used to the daily grind. Baroda is growing fast, so there’s always a new project starting somewhere nearby. We don't spend much time on polished presentations or corporate speeches. Most of our day is spent on the phone or sitting in meetings trying to figure out the logistics of the next big build. It’s honest work, and it can get a bit stressful when deadlines are tight. You’ll often find us working late, especially when there’s a big shipment coming in or a project milestone to meet. We aren't flashy people. We just focus on the technical side of things and try to make sure everything is done right. The office can get a bit cluttered with all the folders and coffee cups, but we know where everything is. We like being in this part of India because the energy is high and there’s always something to do. We just keep our heads down, stay busy, and get the job done without making a big deal about it.
