We are located over at 16 Shanti Nagar, just a short walk from the I.T.I. here in Tarsali. If you know Baroda well, you know this part of town gets quite busy during the day. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a regular space where we get our work done. Most days start with some tea and a look at the paperwork stacked on the desks. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who drop by the office. It can get a bit loud with the traffic outside, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. The building itself is easy enough to find once you get into the lane. We don't really do much in the way of big meetings or anything like that. It is more about keeping things moving and making sure the daily tasks are finished before we head home. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, so we just wait it out or work by the windows. It’s just how things go around here. People in the neighborhood know us, and we know them. It feels like a small community even though Baroda is growing so fast. We keep our files organized, though sometimes the desks look a bit messy when we are in the middle of a big project. There isn't any big secret to how we operate. We just show up and do the job every day without much fuss.
