L & T Heavy Engineering

L & T Heavy Engineering operates out of the Ranoli Works, specifically at 101 in the GIDC area of Ranoli. It is a big place, nothing like a small corner shop. Out here, the air usually smells like metal and industrial work. We have the Heavy Engineering Ic section where things are always moving. Large parts, heavy machinery, and the sound of tools are just part of the daily background noise for us. It is a bit far out from the main city, so most of us spend a lot of time commuting or just staying within the GIDC limits during the day. The gates are always busy with trucks coming in and out. It is not the kind of place where people just wander in to look around. You have to be there for a reason. Inside, it is all about the work on the floor. We wear our gear and follow the schedules. Some of us have been here for years, watching how the area around Ranoli has changed. The sun gets really hot on the tin roofs in the afternoon. We have our breaks in the canteen, talking about the work or what is happening back home. It is a serious environment because the things we handle are massive. There is no room for mistakes when you are moving heavy steel. We just keep our heads down and get through the shift until it is finally time to clock out and head home.
