Our shop is Kmc Infotech, and you’ll find us at Plot No 502/B-1, specifically Shop No 5 on the first floor. We are right in the Makarpura Gidc area, which is very industrial. Being near the Jagdamba Profile Company helps people find us since that’s a big landmark around here. Since we are in the Gidc, there are always trucks and machinery noises in the background. It’s a hardworking part of town, and we fit right in with that. The shop is upstairs, and we’ve got it filled with all the tech equipment we need for our infotech work. It’s not a place for showing off; it’s a place for getting things fixed and getting systems running. We see a lot of people from the nearby factories and businesses. They usually have some kind of technical issue that needs sorting out quickly. We’ve been here in Makarpura for a while and have seen the industrial estate grow. Our team is small and we mostly just talk shop. We don’t have a fancy reception area or anyone to answer the phones with a scripted greeting. If you call, you’ll probably just talk to one of us who is actually doing the work at the moment. It’s an honest way to run a business, and we like the grit of the Gidc. Being on the first floor keeps us a little away from the dust on the street, which is good for the computers. We just keep our heads down and do our jobs.
